Influences of Two kinds of Active Components from Panax Notoginseng on t-pA and PAI-1 in Inflammatory Metrorrhagia Model of
Objective:To explore the role of t-pA、PAI-1 in inflammatory Metrorrhagia and the influence of two kinds of active components on them. Methods:Eleven normal menorrhea adult Rhesus monkeys are choosed as research object
which are divided into four-model groups
four TCM group and three Control group at random. The hybridization in situ was performed to estimate the express of PAl-lmRNA in the endometrium of model group
TCM group and normal control group
while spectrophotometric assay was performed to estimate the t-pA activity in three groups.Result:The PAl-lmRNA expression in endometrum of TCM group Was higher than that of model group(P<0.05)
and was of no difference with normal group. The t-pA activity in endometrum of TCM group was significantly decreased than that of model group
and was of no difference with normal group. Conclusion:The increase of t-pA activity may have relation to inflammatory Metrorrhagia
and two kinds of active components from Panax notoginseng reduce inflammatory Metrorrhagia by regulating balance of t-pA and PAl-1.
