Clinical Study for Effects of Pingchuan Heji on SIL-2R,IL-2 of Patients Suffered from cold Asthma
Objective To investigate effects of Pingchuan Heji
aminophylline and BUD on peripheral blood cell count
SIL-2R and IL-2 of patients suffered from cold asthma. Methods Plasma SIL-2R and IL-2 were determined by ELISA.Results No significant differences were found in the clinical curative effect and in the peripheral blood cell count between Pingchuan Heji treatment and the control.Eosinophil count went down apparently for both the groups. However
lymphocyte count and neutrophil count did not change greatly. The levels of SIL-2R and IL-2 were lovered down significantly by Pingchuan Heji. Conclusion Pingchuan Heji could treat asthma by reducing eosinophil count and the levels of SIL-2R and IL-2.
