Objective:To develope a new method for determination of the water-soluble components and lipophilic components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Method:A HPLC method was set up
using Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (150mm×4.6mm)
methanol∶0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase in gradient elution
with detection at 281nm
temperature of column is 35℃
rate flow is 0.8ml/min.Result:The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of Danshensu Dhpl
Tanshinone ⅡA
Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ and Cryptotanshinone were 0.9997
0.9997
0.9999 and 0.9994 respectively.The RSD of precision and stability of the sample was less than 2% in 24 hours.The RSD of the average recovery was less than 5%.Conclusion:The result of fourteen kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in Henan Lushi county indicates that this method is feasible
stable and offers a kind of method for quality evalution of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
