Experimental Stuclies on Protective Effects of Mamgan YangYin Capsule to Hepatic Injury Model
Objective:To study the pharmacological functions of Mangan Yangyin Capsule.Methods:Rat was selected to conduct the experiment on chronic hepatic injury caused by carbon tetrachloride.Mouse was used to conduct the experiments for stagnation of the liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen.Mouse was also used for the acute hepatic injury caused by chemicals and the immunity experiments.Results:Mangan Yangyin Capsules obviously improved the hepatic dysfunction
decreased the contents of triglyceride and cholesterol
enhanced the immunoreaction in mice
and raised peritoneal macrophage phagecytosis. Conclusion:Mangan Yangyin Capsule had the protective effects for liver function and nourishing function to liver and kidney.
