To studying the influence of Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving Granules on the anticoagulation and fabrinolysis by cultivating endotheliocyte of human umbilical vein
obersevation of Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip to the anticoagulation
and fabrinolysis and anti-injury of free radical of cultivating endotheliocyte of human umbilical vein by using the method of serology pharmacology. Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip could obviously increase the content of (6-keto-PGF1α);It could promote the activity of t-PA and inhibit the activity of PAI;It could promote the activity of SOD and decrees the content of MDA;Yin-nourishing recipe could decrease the content of ET and increase the content of NO. The function of the anticoagulation
fabrinolysis and anti-injury of free radical by Yin-nourishing Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip was much superior than Qi-tonifying and blood-moving recip
