Effect of Zhong Jiling to the Level of IL-4 and IFN-γ in Serum of EAMG Rats
To observe immunoregulation effect of Zhong jiling to the level of IL-4 and TFN-γ in Serum of EAMG rats.Method:EAMG model in Lewis rat as induced by immunizing the rats for 3 times with the mixture of N2AchR and CAF
and randomly divided into 5 groups.The level of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum in diffent groups was observed by ELISA method.Results the level of IL-4 and TFN-γ in serum in Zhong jiling group was obviously lower than that in model group.There was no significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions:The mechanism of Zhong jiling to prevent and treat EAMG might be explained by lowering the level of IL-4 and IFN-γ to restrain specific immune reaction induced by N2AchR antigen.
