Comment on the Dose-Effect Relationship of Suanzaoren Decoction on Behavior of EPM Rat
Adopting the international common-used anxiety animal model with the elevated plus-maze test (EPM)
we observed the effect of anti-anxiety of Suznzaoren Decoction from the angle of behavior.The research results indicated:The decoction really had the effect of anti-anxiety
but differed from the general dose-effect relationship pattern of chemical medicines.The effect of the decoction does not increase with the raising doses.
