Objective:To establish a method for quality control of Buxueyiqi oral liquid.Methods:Milkvetch root
Red ginseng and Prepared fleeceflower root in the oral liquid were identified by TLC.The content of astragaloside Ⅳ in the oral liquid was determined by TLC scanner.Results:The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguishable.The linear range and average recovery of astragaloside Ⅳ were 1.01~10.08μg and 97.3%(RSD=1.14%
n=5).Conclusion:The method can be used for quality control of Buxueyiqi oral liquid.
