摘要

目的:建立固本止咳膏质量控制的方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对该药的土垄大白蚁巢、五味子、淫羊藿和黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定该药五味子甲素的含量。液相色谱法条件为:色谱柱Shim-Pack CLS-ODS柱(150×6.0mm);流动相∶甲醇-水(85∶15)

流速1ml·min-1

检测波长254nm。结果:该药薄层层析斑点清晰集中

含量测定五味子甲素在0.06～0.54μg范围内具有良好线性关系

平均回收率为96.0%

RSD=2.15%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏准确、重现性好、专属性强

可作为固本止咳膏的质量控制标准。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the method for quality control of Guben Zhike Electuary.Methods:Nidus Macrotermis

Fructus Schisandrae

Herba Epimedii and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC.The content of deoxyschisandrin was determined by HPLC.Conditions of HPLC were:Shim-Pack CLS-ODS column(150×6.0mm)with detection wavelength at 254nm.The mobile phase consisting of a mixture of methanol-water(85∶15).The flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.Result:The spots of TLC were clear and concentrative.The linear regression for Deoxyschisandrin was obtained over the range of 0.06～0.54μg.The average revovery was 96.0%

RSD=2.15%(n=6).Conclusion:The methods are sensitive

accurate

reproducible and exclusive.It can be use for quality control of Guben Zhike Electuary.
