Effects of Nao Tai Fang on the Glutamate Acid and Glutamate Transporter in the Encephalon Tissue of Gerbil after Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Injury
To probe into the effects of Naotaifang on the Glutamate acid and glutamate transporter in the brain tissue of gerbil after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.The model of gerbil blocked double sides carobid arterywas used.The contents of glutamate acid in brain tissue were higher and its transporterswere significantly lower in the model group than those in the control group(P<0.01);the contents of glutamate acid in the brain tissue were significantly decreased(P<0.01) and the function of glutamate transporter on the cerebral cortex
hippocampal and striate bodywas significantly im-proved on Naotaifang group(P<0.01).The theraqeutic effectiveness of Naotaifang group was better than that of Nimol-dipine group(P<0.05 orP<0.01).
