The Effect of Anti-oxidantion of Dihuang Yinzi on LPO and Enzymes Concerned in the Blood and Brain of Aging Rat
To study the effect and mechanism of “Dihuang Yinzi”(DHYZ) in delaying aging
the aging rats were orally administrated with DHYZ or NS for 10weeks(4g·kg-1·d-1 or 12g·kg-1·d-1)
and the lipid peroxides (LPO)
super oxide dismutase (SOD)
glutamate peroxidase (GSH-Px)
the fluidity of erythrocyte and mitochondria membrane were measured
respectively.The results indicated that DHYZ obviously reduced the rose-content of LPO in serum and brain
increased the down-activity of SOD and GSH-Px
and enhanced the fluidity of erythrocyte and mitochondria membrane of erythrocyte and brain tissue of aging rat on contrast to the young control group.
