Experiment Studies on Dual-directional Regulation of Guizhitang for Rat Blood Pressure and Its Active Fractions of Guizhitang
Experimental studies Guizhi Tang on rat blood pressure of by non-invasive method demonstrated that Guizhi Tang had significant blood pressure decreasing effect for SHR. Guizhitang had obvious blood pressure increasing effect to Tabellae Reserpini Compsitae-induced low blood pressure rat. Experiment demonstrated that Guizhi Tang had significant dual-directional regulation on blood pressure for rat. Active fractions A(Fr.A) and E (Fr.E)
isolated from Guizhi Tang had obvious blood pressure fall in SHR. Active fractions B(Fr.B)
isolated from Guizhi Tang had obvious blood pressure rise for Tabellae Reserpini Compsitae-induced low blood pressure rat; The results show that Fr.A and Fr.E and Fr.B are active fractions of Guizhi Tang with dual-directional regulation on rat blood pressure.
