Objective:To determine the optimal production techniques of Xugufeng injection.Method:Orthogonal design method.Results and Conclusion:The optimal technique was as fellow:extracting solvent was 7.5 times water with pH 9 of dried drug in weigh
decocted for three times and each for 15 minutes
then
concentrated the filtrate to the ratio of 1∶2(w/w
extracts/drug)
added 95% alcohol up to 80%
adjusted the pH to 7
deposited for 48h
filtered
concentrated
added water to total amount
sterilized at 115℃ for 35 minutes
deposited for seven days
filtered
decoloured with 0.25% active carbon for boiling ten minutes and filtered again.
