摘要

观察维通注射液对大鼠实验性肠粘连的预防作用及对切口愈合的影响。结果显示:维通注射液能够减轻术后肠粘连程度

使盲肠组织羟脯氨酸水平下降

而不影响腹壁切口羟脯氨酸水平。

Abstract

The effect of Weitong Injection on the prevention of the postoperative intestinal adhesion and the healing of abdominal incision in rats were studied.It was concluded that Weitong Injection can reduce the severity of postoperative adhosions and decrease the hydroxyproline level of cecum

but don't effect the hydroxyproline level of abdominal incision.
