The Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Tang on Immunity of Scalded Rats
Immune function of scalded rats with or without treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Tang was assayed by using MTT staining method. The results showed that Liuwei Dihuang Tang could increase the function of phagocytosis of Mφ
the transformation and proliferation of spleen lymphocytes
the production of IL-2
the activity of NK cells and the rates of RBC-C3b floral hoop and RBC-IC floral hoop.In addition
Liuwei Dihuang Tang could suppress scald-induced production of TNF α and IL-6 of Mφ in sera.
