摘要

测定胃脘舒冲剂中甘草酸的含量。采用高效液相色谱法

以对羟基苯甲酸丁酯为内标物

甲醇∶水∶36%醋酸(65∶28∶7)为流动相

Shim-pack CLC-ODS柱(6-0mm×150mm)

流速1.0ml/min

检测波长254nm。结果:此法线性范围18～300μg/ml

r=0.9999(n=5)

加样回收率为98.35%

RSD为3.39%(n=9)

日内变异1.63%

日间变异3.35%。

Abstract

The content of glycyrrhizin in weiwanshu granule was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Chromatographic condition were as follows:internal standard:n-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate;mobile phase:methanol∶water∶36% acetic acid (65∶28∶7);column size:Shim-pack CLC-ODS(6.0mm×150mm);flow rate:1.0ml/min and detection wavelength:254nm.The method was linear within the range of 18～300μg/ml(r=0.9999

n=5).The average recovery

RSD

RSD of within-day and day-to-day were 98.35%

3.39%(n=9)

1.63% and 3.35%

respectively.This method was sensitive and highly reproducible.
