目的: 研究中药消痈溃得康对乙酸致胃溃疡模型大鼠血清胃泌素(gastrin

GAS)和胃动素(motilin

MTL)含量的影响

探讨中药消痈溃得康抗胃溃疡的机制。方法: 将大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、胃溃疡模型组、消痈溃得康治疗组及奥美拉唑治疗组。大鼠胃黏膜局部投与乙酸制备胃溃疡模型

消痈溃得康治疗组和奥美拉唑治疗组于术后第2天开始分别灌胃给药消痈溃得康(4 g·kg-1)和奥美拉唑(1.25 mg·kg-1)

假手术组和胃溃疡模型组给予纯水

给药11 d后

取各组大鼠的血清

酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清GAS

MTL的含量。结果: 胃溃疡模型组大鼠血清GAS(7.39±0.61)μg·L-1

MTL(514.41±94.25) ng·L-1含量明显高于正常组和假手术组(P<0.01);消痈溃得康治疗组大鼠血清GAS(5.35±0.52)μg·L-1

MTL(311.92±79.75) ng·L-1含量较胃溃疡模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论: 中药消痈溃得康可能是通过降低胃溃疡大鼠血清GAS、MTL含量

从而达到抑制胃酸、保护胃黏膜、促进溃疡愈合的作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of Xiaoyong Kuidekang on expressions of gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL) in rat ulcer model and to explore the mechanism of gastric ulcer treated by Xiaoyong Kuidekang. Method: The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups randomly: normal group

sham group

ulcer model group

Xiaoyong Kuidekang group and Omeprazole group.Acetic acid was applied to a certain part of the gastric mucosa to establish the ulcer model. The Xiaoyong Kuidekang and Omeprazole treatment group had been implemented with drugs since the 2nd day after the operation

the serum was collected on the 11 th day and the content of GAS and MTL were measured by ELISA method. Result: The GAS and MTL content of serum in ulcer model group was higher than that in the control group and the sham group (P<0.01)

the GAS and MTL content of serum was lower in the Xiaoyong Kuidekang group and Omeprazole group than those in the ulcer model group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Xiaoyong Kuidekang may be mediated by decreased the GAS and MTL content of serum

so as to achieve the protection of gastric mucosa and promote ulcer healing effect.
