摘要

目的: 探讨四妙勇安汤(SMYA)对血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法: 将实验大鼠随机分成6组:假手术组、模型组、脉络宁阳性对照组(2.7 g·kg-1)

SMYA高、中、低剂量组(24.3

8.1 g·kg-1)。采用大鼠股动脉注射月桂酸钠法建立TAO大鼠模型

造模后24 h灌胃给予相应药物15 d后

观察SMYA对TAO大鼠血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。结果: SMYA可显著降低TAO模型大鼠血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)

升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)

其中SMYA高剂量组HDL含量为(0.50±0.08)mmol·L-1

组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05

P<0.01和P<0.001);SMYA显著降低TAO模型大鼠全血黏度(高、中、低切)及血沉值

组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05

P<0.01

P<0.001)。结论: SMYA可改善TAO大鼠血脂水平和血液流变学

对TAO具有一定的防治作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Simiao Yong'an decoction(SMYA) on blood lipid and hemorheology in thromboangitis obliterans(TAO) rats. Method: Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:control group

model group

8.1 g·kg-1). The drugs were administrated to rats for 15 days. The rat TAO model was made by injecting sodium laurate into the femoral artery of rats

and the level of serum lipid and blood rheology were tested. Result: SMYA could obviously lower triglycerides(TG)

total cholesterol(TC)

oxidized-low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL)

blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate values

and increase high density lipoprotein (HDL). Conclusion: SMYA can adjust fatty substance metabolism and lower blood lipid and improve hemorrheology of TAO rats

and has therapentic effect on TAO.
