摘要

目的: 通过检测补肾温阳化瘀法对子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖链抗原-125(CA125)的影响

观察补肾温阳化瘀中药对子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用

并通过检测子宫内膜异位症患者治疗前后血清细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)

血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)的变化

观察细胞黏附分子在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法: 采用补肾温阳化瘀法治疗内异症患者30例

分别于治疗前后于卵泡期相同时间分别抽取空腹肘静脉血

测定治疗前后血清中CA125

sICAM-1

sVCAM-1的含量变化。结果: 补肾温阳化瘀法治疗本病总有效率73.33%

补肾温阳化瘀法能降低内异症患者血清中CA125的水平(P<0.01)

内异症患者血清sICAM-1

sVCAM-1含量明显升高(P<0.05

P<0.01)

经过中药治疗后降低(均P<0.01)

有统计学意义。结论: ICAM-1

VCAM-1在子宫内膜异位症发病中起着一定的作用

补肾温阳化瘀法通过降低sICAM-1

sVCAM-1含量从而在对子宫内膜异位症起到治疗作用。

the influence of the kidney and eliminating stasis observe article of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of endometriosis role

and through the detection endometriosis patients before and after treatment serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)

vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) changes

observe cell adhesion molecule in the role of endometriosis disease. Method: The cognition to the kidney and eliminating stasis method in the treatment of patients with different disease 30 cases
