摘要

目的: 研究南湖菱壳不同提取部位的体外抗菌活性。方法: 采用K-B法测定MIC(最低抑菌浓度)和液体培养法测定南湖菱壳不同提取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)、耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和β-内酰胺酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(ESBLs-SA)的IC50(半数抑菌浓度)。结果: 南湖菱壳的石油醚部位、乙酸乙酷部位和正丁醇部位对SA

MRSA和ESBLs-SA均有抑制作用

其中石油醚部位对SA (IC50=0.82 g·L-1)

MRSA (IC50=0.62 g·L-1)

ESBLs-SA (IC50=0.34 g·L-1)的抑制作用最好。结论: 南湖菱壳不同部位的提取物对3种菌均有较好抑菌活性。

Abstract

Objective: To study the antimicrobial activity of different extracts of Trapa acornis against SA

MRSA and ESBLs-SA in vitro. Method: The MIC (Minimun Inhibitory Concentration) of different extracts of T. acornis against SA

MRSA and ESBLs-SA were detected by K-B method

and The IC50 (half maximal Inhibitory Concentration of a Substance) of different extracts of T. acornis against SA

MRSA and ESBLs-SA were detected by solution culture method. Result: The petroleum ether (TASPE)

EtOAC (TASEA) and n-butyl alcohol (TASBU) extracts exhibited significant inhibitory effects. TASPE showed the best antimicrobial activity of SA

MRSA and EsBLs-SA with IC50 value of 0.81

0.62

0.34 g·L-1 respeetively. Conclusion: Different extracts of T. acornis have the antimicrobial activity.
