摘要

目的: 分析鉴定马钱子中的生物碱类成分。方法: 采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子化串联质谱联用技术(HPLC-ESI-MS-MS)对4类生物碱的裂解规律进行研究

并据此推断马钱子提取物中的生物碱结构。结果: 4类生物碱结构上的不同导致它们在裂解方式上存在较大差异;根据这些特征性的裂解方式

结合保留时间、质荷比以及多级串联质谱数据

共鉴定了18个生物碱成分

其中士的宁型8个

伪型2个

氮氧化物型5个

氮甲基型3个。结论: 该研究为马钱子的成分分析与质量控制提供了一种快速、有效的方法。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze and identify the alkaloids in Strychnos nux-vomica. Method: HPLC-ESI-MS-MS was adopted to induce the characteristic fragmentation pathways of four kinds of alkaloid reference standards

which was applied to identify the alkaloids in S. nux-vomica. Result: The diversities of their structures lead to different ESI-MS-MS fragmentation. According to the fragmentation pathways

retention times

mass charge ratio and MS-MS data

eighteen alkaloids including 8 strychnine type

2 pseudo type

5 N→O type and 3 N-Me type were identified from the extract of S. nux-vomica. Conclusion: This study is helpful for the quality analysis and control of the extract of S. nux-vomica.
