摘要

目的: 探讨壮医调气畅龙内服方对超重、肥胖的疗效。方法: 将150例超重、肥胖患者随机分为两组

治疗组75例采用壮医调气畅龙内服方治疗

并与75例西药组作对照

观察总体疗效以及治疗前后肥胖指征、血脂的变化。结果: 治疗组总有效率达92%

肥胖指征明显降低

其中臀围、体重降低较对照组更显著(P<0.01);血脂也明显降低

其中甘油三酯(TG)

低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C )降低较对照组更显著(P<0.01)。结论: 壮医调气畅龙内服方对超重、肥胖有较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the efficacy of tiaoqichanglong decoction of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of overweight and obesity. Method: The treatment group was treated with the Tiaoqi Changlong decoction of Zhuang medicine.And the control group was given the routine Western medication. Result: The effective rate in treatment group was 92%

improving the obesity indications was better than control group. Conclusion: Tiaoqi Changlong decoction of Zhuang medicine has a good effect on overweight and obesity.
