通过单因素试验和Box-Behnken效应面法考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数、浸泡时间等因素对提取工艺的影响。 结果: 最佳提取工艺为加8.8倍量水浸泡90 min
煎煮提取2次
每次2.5 h。地乌总皂苷提取率11.23%。 结论: 优选的提取工艺稳定可行
数学模型的预测值与试验观察值相符。
Abstract
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total saponins from Anemone flaccida. Method: With extraction rate of total saponins as dependent variable

effects of influencing factors on extraction technology was investigated by single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface methodology. Result: Optimum process parameters were obtained as followings:soaked 90 min with 8.8 times the amount of water
boiled 2 times with 2.5 hours per time.Extraction rate of total saponins was 11.23%. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible
the predictive value of mathematical model and the experimental observation value was fitted.
