Content Determination and Transfer Rate Investigation of Effective Component from FDQ Particles
Objective: To establish content determination method for effective component from FDQ particles
and investigate correlation of the content and transfer rate. Method: Content and transfer rate of effective component in herbs were calculated by different methods
including determination of sieving medicinal powder and in accordance with percentage of effective component in sifted medicinal powder and unsifted fiber
then calculated the content of effective component. Result: The content of effective component could not reflect its real value in herbs
which was determined by the standard method
and it may affect the transfer rate of effective component. Conclusion: when calculate transfer rate of effective component
we must rely on the real content of effective component in Chinese medicines.
