摘要

目的: 探讨缩泉丸配伍的机制

确定各味药物在方中的作用。方法: 对缩泉丸进行全拆方研究

正常对照组、模型对照组、缩泉丸组(3.9 g·kg-1·d-1)、益智组、乌药组、山药组(均为1.3 g·kg-1·d-1)

益智+乌药组、益智+山药组、乌药+山药组(均为2.6 g·kg-1·d-1)。除正常对照组外各组用D-半乳糖诱导亚急性衰老模型

造模给药后各组用尿动力仪检测膀胱功能

用ELISA法测定与尿液生成相关的水通道蛋白(AQP2)

血清中神经内分泌激素醛固酮(ALD)、抗利尿激素(ADH)的含量。结果: 与正常组比较

模型组AQP2

ADH

ALD含量显著降低(P<0.01)

尿动力检测中膀胱漏尿点压(BLPP)、腹压漏尿点压(ALPP)、最大膀胱排尿压(MVP)显著升高(P<0.01)

顺应性(BC)显著下降(P<0.01)。缩泉丸全方对所测指标都有显著影响(与模型组比较P<0.01)

且与各拆方组比较作用最强。单味药比较益智作用最强

乌药对尿液生成方面作用显著

与益智配伍后增效;山药能显著改善衰老膀胱功能

与乌药配伍后药效显著增强

对所测指标均有显著作用(与模型组比较P<0.01～0.05)。结论: 本研究结果与缩泉丸益智仁为君

乌药为臣

山药为佐的传统配伍诠释相符。

Abstract

Objective: To study the compatibility of the Suoquan pill based on excretion of urine. Method: The combinations including Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus

Linderae Radix

Dioscoreae Rhizoma

Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus+Linderae Radix

Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus+Dioscoreae Rhizoma

Linderae Radix+Dioscoreae Rhizoma

Linderae Radix+Dioscoreae Rhizoma and Suoquan pill.Treated respectively with the combination of herbs and D-gal

seted up normal group at the same time.To assess the bladder function by urodynamics and measure the aquaporin 2(AQP2)

combination of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus has better efficacy. Dioscoreae Rhizoma plays an important part in ameliorating the senescent bladder function

combination of Linderae Radix has better efficacy in all we check. Conclusion: The result is conformed to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
