摘要

以药物规律性组合为切入点

从药物规律性组合是构成方剂的要素;组合中药物的药量配比不同

功用指向有异;药物组合间的配用与效能及对后世的影响等诸方面探析仲景方的组方用药思路。药物组合是方剂的组成部分

可将其作为独立的配伍单位

采用联合的方式构成复杂方剂;有时一个药组也可单独成方。以药物规律性组合为切入点

着力于方剂中药物规律性组合的解析、掌握与运用

对探讨方剂的构成、演变及其发展

优化方剂的药物组合

及阐明复方的功效、主治、效应物质、作用机制等都有所助益。在此基础上

明确药组在方剂中的作用和地位

进而深化方剂的组方用药规律的研究

为临床合理配方择药及创制新方提供依据。

Abstract

Regularity in forming prescription and use of Chinese medicine is an important part of the modernization research of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the regularity in combination of Chinese medicine

it is an element of prescriptions combination. If the ratio of medicine dosage in the combination is different

the function will be different. The medication using the formula of Zhang zhongjing's formulas is discussed form the aspects of prescriptions and functions of the medicine combination

and impact on future generations

so as to provide guidance for clinical rational medication.
