Optimization of Trypsin Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from by Orthogonal Test and BP Artificial Neural Network Model
Objective: To optimize trypsin extraction technology of polysaccharides from Houttuynia cordata by BP-neural network model and orthogonal test. Method: With yield and content of polysaccharides as indexes
effect of the dosage of trypsin
time and temperature on extraction technology by orthogonal test and artificial neural network. Result: Optimum extraction technology of orthogonal test was as following:the dosage of trypsin 2%
soaked 2.5 h at 45 ℃;Optimum extraction technology of BP neural network model was as following:the dosage of trypsin 2.5%
soaked 2.4 h at 45 ℃
which was higher than orthogonal design in comprehensive score. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology of BP neural network model had good results in practical applications for short time and low energy consuming.
