Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Lysionotus pauciflorus from Guizhou

and to compare the difference of L. pauciflorus

so as to provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of L. pauciflorus. Method: HPLC analysis was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with the eluting system of gradient consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% H3PO4.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 334 nm. Result: The HPLC fingerprint was established and compared by 12 batch of samples similarity with 15 common peaks. The main composition of different origin samples is basically the same. But there is large difference between each component. Conclusion: This method is reliable and repeatable

it can be used to determine HPLC fingerprint in different origin L. pauciflorus from Guizhou. And it helps to regulate the quality of medical resources and provide scientific basis in the future.
