检测波长250 nm
柱温30 ℃。 结果: 在本试验条件下
葛根素与其他色谱峰分离良好
在0.020 64~0.825 6 μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)
平均回收率100.44%
RSD1.45%(n=6)。 结论: 方法简便快速、专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好
可用于柴银口服液的质量控制方法。
Abstract
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of puerarin in Chaiyin oral solution. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm
5 μm) was used
the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (25: 75); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm; the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Result: The puerarin peak was well separated with other peaks
and a good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.020 64-0.825 6 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.44% with RSD 1.45% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple
it can be used for the quality control of Chaiyin oral solution with good selectivity
