Optimization of Enzyme-linked Semi-bionic Extraction Technology of Total Flavanoids from by Response Surface Methodology
Objective: To optimize enzyme-linked semi-bionic extraction technology of total flavanoids from Pyrola decorata. Method: With yield of total flavanoids as index
based on single factor test
Box-Behnken central composite design was adopted by selecting the amount of enzyme
material-liquid ratio
enzymolysis time
extraction time and temperature as factors
extraction technology was optimized by response surface methodology. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the amount of enzyme 1.25 mg·g-1
ratio of material to liquid 1:65
enzymolysis time 1.0 h
extraction time 1.75 h
extraction temperature 85℃. Under this conditions
yield of total flavanoids was up to 5.54%
which was close to the predicted value(5.68%). Conclusion: Optimized technology was reasonable and feasible with good predictability.
