Optimization of Purification Technology of Total Valepotriates from Extract of
Objective: To optimize purification process of total valepotriates from extract of Valeriana jatamansi. Method: Models of macroporous resin was screened by dynamic adsorption-elution test

after eluted with 30% ethanol and 6 BV of 95% ethanol
yield of total valepotriates was 26% and purity was 51%. Conclusion: Optimized purification technology was stable
