Objective: To establish a HPLC fingerprint method of Sargentodoxa cuneata. Method: Chromatography was carried out on a Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm
1.8 μm) with gradient eluting system of 0.05% acetic acid water-methanol at a flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1
detection wavelength was 280 nm
column temperature was at 35℃.Ten batches of S. cuneata
two batches of S. suberectus and a batch of Schisandra sphenunthera were determined for similarity comparison. Result: UPLC fingerprint analysis method of S. cuneata was established
there were 19 common peaks
four of them were identified.Similarity of 10 batches S. cuneata was more than 0.837
and fingerprint of S. cuneata had a significant difference to S. suberectus and S. sphenunthera. Conclusion: This method was rapid
accurate and reproducible
it could provide a reference for quality evaluation and control of S. cuneata.
