Effect of Senqi Xiaobi Granules on Serum Levels of GH, EGF and GAS in Rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Senqi Xiaobi(SQ) granules on serum levels of growth hormone(GH)
epidermal growth factor(EGF) and gastrin (GAS) in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). Method: CAG model was established by N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) and other comprehensive factors for 14 weeks. Then the model rats were divided into 6 groups randomly

there were improvements on pathological changes at different degrees in the SQ Granules-treated groups; serum levels of GH in the SQ Granules 8 g·kg-1 group were significantly higher than that in the model group[(5.42±0.68)
