摘要

目的: 观察从燥辨治老年单纯型慢性支气管炎40例的临床疗效。方法: 80例单纯型慢性支气管炎随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用抗感染

祛痰、止咳治疗。观察组采用自拟清燥润肺汤辨证加减治疗

1剂/d

常规水煎分2次服用。两组疗程均为14 d。观察组风燥伤肺证积分

并检测血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果: 治疗后观察组疾病疗效及中医证候改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组风燥伤肺证积分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组IL-6

TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论: 秋冬季节

对老年慢性单纯性支气管炎从燥辨治可取得较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of elderly simple chronic bronchitis treated by dryness differentiation. Method: Eighty cases of the simple chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n=40 each). The control group was given the treatment of anti-infective

expectorant and anti-cough. The observation group was received Qingzao Runfei decoction daily (decocted conventionally and given half by half). The treatment lasted 14 d. The score of lung injury induced by dryness syndrome was investigated. Level of serum interokin-6(IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was detected. Result: After the treatment

the efficacy and the syndrome improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01). The score of lung injury induced by dryness syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The IL-6

TNF-α levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: In the autumn and winter

the diagnosis and treatment of the elderly simple chronic bronchitis by dryness differentiation could gain better efficacy.
