摘要

目的: 探讨清脂胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法: 130例高脂血症患者随机分为观察和对照组各65例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片

20 mg/次

1次/d

口服。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用清脂胶囊

4粒/次

3次/d

口服。两组均治疗8周。测定治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)

甘油三酯(TG)

低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)

高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)

载脂蛋白A(ApoA)及载脂蛋白B(ApoB);检测一氧化氮(NO)及血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平。结果: 治疗后观察组TC、TG

LDL-C及ApoB100水平均低于对照组(P<0.05

P<0.01);HDL-C及ApoA1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率93.85%

优于对照组的81.54%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组vWF水平低于对照组

NO水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论: 清脂胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片能改善患者血脂水平

提高临床疗效

并对血管内皮功能有保护作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Qingzhi capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and its influence for the vascular endothelial function. Method: One hundred and thirty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin tablets

20 mg po. Daily. On the basis of the control group

the observation group was additionally treated with Qingzhi capsule

2 capsules po. tid. Two groups were treated for 8 weeks. Then the total cholesterol(TC)

triglyceride(TG)

low density lipoprotein (LDL-C)

high density lipoprotein (HDL-C)

apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were detected

and the nitric oxide(NO)

von Willebrand factor (vWF) were determined too. Result: The levels of TC

LDL-C and Apo B100 of the observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of control group(P<0.05

P<0.01)

and HDL-C and ApoA1 were higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 93.85%

it was better than 81.54% of control group(P<0.05)

while the vWF in the observation group after the treatment was lower than that in the control group. NO was higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qingzhi capsule combined with atorvastatin tablets can improve the blood lipids in patients

elevate the effectiveness and protect vascular endothelial function.
