摘要

目的: 探讨急性百草枯中毒患者预后指标

为临床急救提供参考。方法: 将新乡医学院第一附属医院急诊监护室收治的134例急性百草枯中毒患者的临床资料进行统计学分析

包括血氧指标、血清胆红素、肝肾功能、血浆及尿液中百草枯浓度

分析以上指标对预后的价值。结果: 死亡组患者与存活组患者相比

入院时的洗胃及血流灌注治疗时间、血气分析结果、血液及尿液中百草枯浓度、24 h后血清胆红素、血清肌酐值差异均显著(P<0.05);Logistic多元回归分析表明

洗胃及血流灌注治疗时间、血液及尿液中百草枯浓度、血清肌酐值、BE值均与患者生存率有关。结论: 百草枯中毒患者的抢救应及时进行

临床上应密切关注患者的血液及尿液中百草枯浓度、血清肌酐值、BE值

这些指标与患者的生存率有关

可提示患者的预后。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the prognosis index in acute paraquat poisoning patients for providing reference for the clinical first aid. Method: Analysis on clinical data of the emergency intensire care unit(EICU) treated 134 acute paraquat poisoning patients. Including oxygen index

to observe the value of above. Result: Compared with death group between survival group
