摘要

目的: 建立田七跌打风湿软膏中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

以乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠(用磷酸调节pH 3.0)(25∶75)为流动相

流速1 mL·min-1

检测波长265 nm。结果: 盐酸小檗碱在0.043 74~0.437 4 mg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系

Y=0.000 2X+0.007 1(r=0.999 9);平均回收率99.34%

RSD 1.73%。结论: 方法简便、可靠、准确

专属性强

可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determination of hydrochloric berberine in Tianqidiedafengshi ointment. Method: Samples were analyzed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) using acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate(adjust the pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(25∶75) as mobile phase. Speed of flow was 1.0 mL·min-1and examination wave length was 265 nm. Result: Hydrochloric berberine showed a good linearity in the range of 0.043 74-0.437 4 mg

egression equation was Y=0.000 2X+0.007 1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.34% (RSD 1.73%). Conclusion: The established methods are simple

accurate

reliable and can be used for the quality control of Tianqidiedafengshi ointment.
