Direct Determination of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements Residues in Aconiti Radix by ISIS-DS-HMI-ICP-MS
Objective:To determine the residues of heavy metals and harmful elements in Aconiti Radix. Method: Samples were analyzed by ISIS-DS-HMI-ICP-MS. Result: Under the optimized experimental conditions
the detection limits were in the range of 0.003-0.386 μg·L-1. The recoveries were in 80.75%-111.41%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive
simple and accurate. It can be used for continuous determination of Aconiti Radix.
