Effects of Ziwan Wan on Hemorheological Parameters, Clotting Time and Lung Presentations in Rats with Fevered and Bleeding
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ziwan Wan on the hemorheological parameters
clotting time and lung presentations in rat fevered and bleeding model. Method: The SD rats were divided into blank control group

for 7 days. Except the blank control group

The middle dosage showed the best effect. Conclusion: The middle dose of Ziwan Wan showed the effect of Cooling blood and hemostasis by ameliorating the abnormal hemorheological parameters. The middle dose of Ziwan Wan is effective for hemostasis
and plays roles by ways of endogenous thrombin
extrinsic thombin and fibrin. The high dose of Ziwan Wan has certain effect for part of the abnormal hemorheological parameters and hemostasis parameters. Three doses of Ziwan Wan showed therapeutical effect in damaged lungs in fevered and bleeding model.
