采用L9(34)正交试验考察提取时间、提取次数及溶剂用量对铁皮石斛中总氨基酸提取工艺的影响。 结果: 最佳提取工艺为加20倍量0.1 mol·L-1 HCl超声提取30 min
提取1次。 结论: 优选的提取工艺稳定可行
建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、重复性好。
Abstract
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total amino acids from Dendrobium officinale and establish its content determination method. Method: The content of total amino acids was determined by UV with aspartic acid as reference;Effects of the concentration of extraction solvent

extraction time and times on yield of total amino acids were investigated by single factor tests
basis on these
extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test. Result: Optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follow:extracted 1 time at 60℃ with 20 times the amount of 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl for 30 min. Conclusion: This optimized technology was stable and feasible
established method of content determination was convenient and accurate with good repeatability.
