目的: 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定莲栀清火胶囊中栀子苷、穿心莲内酯及脱水穿心莲内酯含量的方法。方法: ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相甲醇-水梯度洗脱

检测波长254 nm

流速1.0 mL·min-1。结果: 栀子苷在0.075 8~2.274 0 μg(r=1)线性关系良好

平均回收率99.73%

RSD 1.4%;穿心莲内酯在0.046 1~1.383 0 μg(r=1)线性关系良好

平均回收率100.51%

RSD 1.2%;脱水穿心莲内酯在0.040 9~1.227 0 μg(r=1)线性关系良好

平均回收率为101.19%

RSD 1.2%。结论: 方法简便、快速、重复性好

可用于莲栀清火胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of geniposide

andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Lianzhi Qinghuo capsules. Method: Geniposide

andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were separated on ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) column and detected at 254 nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: Geniposide

andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were linear within the range of 0.075 8-2.274 0 μg(r=1)

0.046 1-1.383 0 μg(r=1) and 0.040 9-1.227 0 μg (r=1) respectively. The average recovery was 99.73%(RSD 1.4%)

100.51%(RSD 1.2%) and 101.19%(RSD 1.2%). Conclusion: The method is simple

reproducible

and it can be used for the quality control of Lianzhi Qinghuo capsules.
