摘要

目的: 观察川芎嗪注射液联合足浴治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法: 将在浙江省江山市须江医院就诊的90例糖尿病足患者随机分为A(对照组)、B(川芎嗪治疗组)、C(川芎嗪及中药足浴联合治疗组)3组

每组30例

3组均给予西医常规治疗。B治疗组在此基础上予以注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗

疗程4周

C治疗组在B组的基础上依照辨证施治的原则予以针对性的中药足浴治疗。对3组患者的治疗效果、神经的运动传导速度(MCV)和感觉传导速度(SCV)改善情况等进行比较。结果: 治疗28 d后

B组、C组患者治疗的总有效率均较A组有明显提高且差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)

C组患者治疗的总有效率较B组有明显提高且差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗28 d后

B组、C组患者的SCV均较A组有明显提高且差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)

C组患者的SCV较B组有明显提高且差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 在常规西医治疗基础之上

加用川芎嗪联合中药足浴治疗糖尿病足可以明显提高治疗有效率

并且可明显提高MCV和SCV

促进病变神经功能的恢复

值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect on treating diabetic foot with tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) combined with foot bath. Method: Ninty patients were randomly divided into A(control group)

B(TMP treated group)

C(TMP combined with foot bath treated group)

30 cases in each group were given conventional treatment. On this basis

group B was treated with TMP. On the basis of the group B

group C was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath accordance with the principles of the syndrome differentiation. 4 weeks later. Effect of the treatment of patients

the improvement of nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) in each group were compared. Result: compared with group A

the treatment of patients with total efficiency in groupB and C were significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment of patients with total efficiency in group C was significantly improved than that of in group B

and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with group A

the SCV in groupB and C were significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)

The SCV in group C was significantly improved than that of in group

and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment

TMP combined traditional Chinese medicine foot bath treatment of diabetic foot can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and SCV

which can Promote lesion recovery of neurological function

and it is worthy of clinical application.
