Clinical Observation on Treatment of Infantile Persistent Diarrhea by Retention Rnema and Sini Tang During in 180 Cases
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Sini tang and retention enema in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Method: One hundred and eighty infantile diarrhea patients were randomly divided into treatment group(90 cases) and control group(90 cases) by the ratio of 1:1
the treatment group was given Sini tang decoction enema
while the control group was orally given the combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules(Medilac-Vita). After 72 hours
clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated and observed. Result: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.34%
which was higher than that that in the control group (72.22%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Sini tang decoction enema has a obvious effect in infantile diarrhea and no obvious adverse reaction. The method of retention enema in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with no adverse reactions.
