通过单因素试验和正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、微波功率、提取时间和料液比对香蕉皮总多酚提取工艺的影响。 结果: 最佳提取工艺为加35倍量50%乙醇于380 W微波提取100 s
总多酚提取率2.16%。 结论: 微波辅助技术可用于提取香蕉皮总多酚
