Optimization of Solidphase Microextraction in Analysis of Essential Oil from
Objective: To analyze the optimized conditions in essential oil of Dendranthema indicum. Method: The fibers of SPME and extract temperature
including polydimethysiloxane-divinylbenzene (PDMS-DVB)
polyacrylate (PA) and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fibers
were chosen and the conditions were optimized. Result: The best response was obtained using a 65 μm PDMS-DVB fibern at 70℃. Conclusion: The suitable fiber should be chosen according to the target compounds under the best temperature. This method could improve the extract efficiency.
