Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules for identifying and evaluating its quality by HPLC. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out in Waters XbridgeTM C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm;the column temperature was kept at 40℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. Result: Eighteen peaks were selected as the character fingerprint peaks of Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules with the identified of pulchinenoside B4.Good similarities were found in the established fingerprint through similarity analysis and the resolution was good. Conclusion: The method can be used as the quality control for Radix Pulsatillae Formula Granules.
