摘要

目的: 建立消炎止咳片中吗啡的HPLC测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法

Sinochrom-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相乙腈-0.1 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲酸(7.5:92.5:0.1)

流速0.7 mL·min-1

检测波长284 nm。结果: 吗啡在42.40~424.0 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)

平均加样回收率为100.25%

RSD 1.67%。结论: 采用HPLC测定吗啡

方法简单、灵敏、准确

可用于消炎止咳片中吗啡的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of morphine in Xiaoyanzhike Tablets. Method: The method of high performance liquid chromatography was carried out on a column of Sinochrom-C18 using the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanoic acid (7.5:92.5:0.1) with a flow rate of 0.7 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Result: The calibration curve of morphine was linear over the range of 42.40-424.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.25% (RSD 1.67%). Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible

which can be used to determine the content of morphine in Xiaoyanzhike Tablets.
