摘要

目的: 对比研究朱砂、几种含朱砂复方与其他汞存在形式对HL-7702人肝细胞的毒性。方法: 分别以朱砂、朱砂安神丸、廖元和堂化风丹、万胜化风丹、硫化汞、氯化汞、甲基汞加入已接种于96孔板的HL-7702人肝细胞后

检测各组的细胞存活率、检测各组细胞内、外的汞含量。结果: 等汞含量和等汞浸出量的朱砂、朱砂安神丸、廖元和堂化风丹、万胜化风丹和硫化汞对HL-7702人肝细胞的存活率与正常组无明显差异

与等汞含量和等汞浸出量的氯化汞和甲基汞均有明显差异(P<0.05);分别以等汞含量、等汞浸出量的朱砂、朱砂安神丸、廖元和堂化风丹、万胜化风丹和硫化汞培养的HL-7702人肝细胞内、外汞含量均低于氯化汞、甲基汞(P<0.05)。结论: 等汞含量、等汞浸出量的朱砂、朱砂安神丸、廖元和堂化风丹和万胜化风丹对人肝HL-7702细胞的毒性远小于对应等汞含量、等汞浸出量的氯化汞、甲基汞。
