摘要

归纳总结中药治疗哮喘作用机制的研究

为中药哮喘作用机制的研究及哮喘的治疗提供参考。在查阅近年来有关中药治疗哮喘作用机制研究文献的基础上

将中药治疗哮喘作用机制研究从抑制气道炎症、调节免疫功能、改善气道重塑、降低气道反应、调节神经失衡五方面进行综合分析。结果显示虽然中药对哮喘作用机制的研究很多

但研究方法单一、西化

动物模型与中医理论证型不相符

未能体现中医证型的变化。因此中药对哮喘的作用机制研究应当结合中医药理论基础

注重证型变化

选择符合中医辨证的动物模型

建立系统的、多水平的研究

为进一步揭示哮喘复杂的作用机制提供参考。

Abstract

The purpose is to summary the research of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to treat asthma and provide a reference for the study of the mechanism of asthma and the treatment of asthma. The asthma mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed. A lot of research of traditional Chinese medicine on the mechanism of asthma has a single

westernized research method. Animal models and TCM syndromes do not match

and failed to reflect the changes in the TCM syndromes. The research of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to treat asthma should be in conjunction with the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine

focusing on changes in the TCM syndromes

selecting TCM animal models to establish a systematic

multi-level method.
