benzoylhypaconine) from Aconiti Radix Cocta in aconitum decoction. Method: HPLC was applied to determine the contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids from Aconiti Radix Cocta in aconitum decoction with different compatibility. Result: Compared with single fried of Aconiti Radix Cocta

402.18 μg by compatibility with black beans and Saposhnikoviae Radix
compatibility of Aconiti Radix Cocta and Saposhnikoviae Radix reduced to 680.01 μg
and felt to 667.59 μg in compatible decoction of Aconiti Radix Cocta and black beans. Conclusion: Compatibility of Saposhnikoviae Raidix and black beans could reduce to a large extent contents of three kinds of monoester-alkaloids from Aconiti Radix Cocta
